Frequently asked questions
How do I open a Konsmetal safe?
Opening a Konsmetal safe depends on the lock type. Safes with a key lock open with two full turns to the right; safes with a mechanical combination lock require entering the code according to the pattern in the lock manual; safes with an electronic lock require entering the code on the keypad and turning the knob or auxiliary key. Safe technician — lock adjustment and replacement
"Safe technician" is the common name for a specialist who adjusts, zeroes and replaces locks in safes and armoured cabinets. Our technicians cover the full range: adjustment of mechanical and electronic combination locks, code zeroing and resetting, cutting duplicate keys, repair of bolt-work mechanisms and certified lock replacement (classes A–D per PN-EN 1300) — including safes from other manufacturers.
